Social Engagement

An essential part of journeying together as people, is formal and informal gatherings. We very deliberately call this element of our church Social Engagement. As a church, we are intentional about gathering together and we do this in a few ways.

Informally… we believe we were created for relationships and we all desire to feel connected to others… to share laughter, hurts, joys, and just life.  

The Social Engagement Team provides opportunities for people to get together and form new friendships and build existing ones. We have fun bigger group events about once a month. Some highlights have been a church picnic with lunch and relay races, curling, a board/card games night, and sledding.   

Formally, we have small groups which meet regularly at various times during the week.  Some meet on weeknights and some on Sunday mornings. For more information about these, please contact Pastor Tony at tony@dalmenycommunitychurch.com
